Founder and Producer Gaspar Hernandez III launched Ochavo Studios. Gaspar Hernandez III was the Producer and Director for the feature film “ Inner Rage ” starring Joe Estevez , William Smith, and Kevin T. Collins, currently in distribution by Epix Media. He was a Producer, and the Production Manager, on the feature film "Bad Men", starring Hal Shafer (“Barfly” with Mickey Rourke and Faye Dunaway), directed by Michael Haddad, for Andalesque Productions which was filmed in the city of Los Angeles. He was the Production Manager for the feature film "The Big City" that was filmed in the city of Los Angeles, and was produced and is in distribution by Alemar Media Entertainment, Executive Producer Marcos Orellana, and directed by Fernando Sarinana, starring Vic Trevino, Del Zamora and Alma DelFina. Alemar Media Entertainment focuses on movies for the Latin American market. He was the Production Manager for the award winning script "I'll Be Home For Christmas", written and directed by Robert Diaz LeRoy and produced by Del Zamora, a Hispanic Film Project film series funded by Universal Studios-Television that promotes new talent within the Latino community. "I'll Be Home For Christmas" was filmed on the Universal Studios lot and inside a prison. Gaspar Hernandez III also produced, wrote, and directed a short film called "Poker", currently in distribution by The Cinema Guild and Hobel Productions.

Gaspar Hernandez III has been involved in the breakdown and budgeting of many independent features, generating detailed budgets and proposals as a consultant for independent film companies such as Thirteenth Street Entertainment and the US headquarters Latin American production and distribution company Alemar Media Entertainment.

Since 1988 Gaspar Hernandez III has written fourteen screenplays and two novels. He attends key markets every year where he networks with producers, buyers, and acquaintances from around the world.
